This program will help us understand your child’s needs and your expectations as the parent. With this, we can build a learning approach that works best for your child. We will develop learning strategies, study, and organizational plans to help your child succeed while maintaining an interactive, fun learning environment.

ASSESS & MEET
The first hurdle we must overcome to deliver quality tutoring is to determine what your child knows and how we can help. Your child will meet with the owner, Caleb Carter, who has over 15 years of tutoring and helping kids and adults. By using a detailed assessment process, he will be able to review your kid’s current scores and identify the areas of improvement. Caleb will also determine the right learning approach that is suitable for your child.
CREATE & COLLABORATE
We will use the results from the assessment process to match your child to the right tutor and create a customized learning plan. This plan will focus on the concepts and knowledge gaps your child needs to cover. It will also include strategies for sustaining engagement and provisions for a positive learning environment. Your goals and expectations for your child are also important to us. We also understand that you most likely have a busy schedule so we will personalize your kid’s learning plans to meet them. We will meet with you and discuss the preliminary customized learning plans. By working with you, we can create a customized program that satisfies your expectations.
TEST & PERFECT
Our assigned tutor will meet with your child to further determine whether the curriculum we have designed is excellent for him or her. This extra step will make sure that we have developed the best lesson plan with your child’s preferences, personality, and learning style at heart. We will also provide follow-up reviews and reports on how your child is doing. At no cost to you, we will take time to assess your child’s academic progress and develop techniques that will meet their needs.
